All operatives hold CSR Cards in Construction, and our longer-standing operatives carry the highly-valued Gold CSR Card in Pavement Marking as a testament to their experience and high levels of competence.
Our Head Foreman holds the National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety from NEBOSH and worked hard outside hours to complete the heavy workload of study and practicals to obtain this, with the support and backing of the company.
As soon as possible after starting with us, all operatives are registered to complete the NVQ L2 in Pavement Marking. While this qualification is difficult to obtain in NI, the company invests significant time and energy in ensuring that it is made available to every employee as soon as possible after coming on board.
Our Contracts Manager holds the certificate in Occupational Work Supervision, gained through the company, to ensure he is best qualified to ensure the health and safety and good practice of his employees and the general public with whom they may come in contact. He also holds a Gold CSR card in Pavement Marking and NHSS12 12d Level 7 card in Traffic Management.
Our Nominated First Aiders on each squad hold First Aid at Work certificates from St John Ambulance, and regularly attend refresher courses to ensure their skills are up to date.
Our Director holds the IOSH Managing Safely accreditation to demonstrate top level commitment to Heath and safety within the workplace.
And of course, the company has held ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 for over 20 years, demonstrating a performance second to none. We transition to ISO 45001 in 2021, another move towards industry excellence.
